An extraordinary gift to the National Park Service imbued with Wabanaki artistry and knowledge, Tekαkαpimək will provide the global public a deeply meaningful introduction to this landscape we all cherish. This private ceremony will commemorate the donation of Tekαkαpimək Contact Station to the National Park Service and includes time for you to experience Tekαkαpimək. Brunch provided. Saturday, August 17, 5 p.m. | Woods & Waters Day Celebration | (New England Outdoor Center, Millinocket)

Our annual community celebration and fundraiser includes a cocktail hour, dinner, presentations, live music and dancing on the shores of Millinocket Lake. There is much to celebrate! Click to purchase tickets for $40 per person.
