Ready for a challenge? Join us for a hike up Barnard Mountain, one of the Katahdin region’s most rewarding summit hikes. This approximately 4-mile round-trip trek is geared toward adventurous students who are ready to tackle steep sections, build confidence, and enjoy incredible views from the top. While this is our most challenging elementary-aged trip, no previous hiking experience is required. Pick-up and drop-off are available in Millinocket and Sherman.
