Modernize Katahdin Overlook for accessibility and visitor experience. Brush and
clear areas according to design. Level, grade and excavate viewing area and associated road to design specs. Construct walking paths using drystone masonry techniques to ADA standards. Install new accessible vault toilet. Install parking and directional signs. Design and install informational signs and interpretive exhibits. Rehabilitate any areas disturbed by construction. Construct a parking loop so visitors can safely enter and exit the site. Install pavilion, picnic tables and benches. Brush back and grade approach to Overlook.
