This project will develop the first comprehensive wayside plan for Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument since its 2016 designation. Work will be completed by a contractor in collaboration with appropriate monument staff. After the analysis of potential wayside exhibit sites, a project proposal will be prepared. Guided by the proposal, draft and final wayside plans will be developed. With the plan in place, wayside exhibits will be fabricated and installed in appropriate locations throughout the monument.
